The hotel has decent parking, and provides a free bus service to the nearby holy mosque. The breakfast was of good quality and variety. During epochs such as Ramadan, the sahoor was also reported to be good. While some of the rooms did have cleanliness issues, some of them were quite clean and well-maintained.
The shuttle service to the holy mosque was reportedly quite poor, with long wait times and unhelpful reception staff.

The hotel provided free transportation to Haram during Ramadan and had a great buffet restaurant with friendly waiters. The staff, especially Ahmed Hussein, were helpful and amazing. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and there were many nearby shops and restaurants.
Not obvious to find.

The hotel has a good economy pricing and a fast internet service. the bus shuttle service to and from the SAPTCO bus station is very convenient. The suhur meals during Ramadan were nice, and the bus to Haram masjid was also great to have. The staff was able to provide a wheelchair and laundry service, which was much appreciated.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as they did not clean it during our stay and only attended to it after we complained. The parking situation was also inconvenient, with no designated parking area.

The hotel had some complementary facts that were cool like a decent speed wifi and a nice breakfast. the location is well centered with many services around it so that you don't have to go far to shop or dine. the hotel offers a shuttle service but check with the staff about the schedule.
There are some downsides to consider. the cleaning service needs improvement as they didn't ask to clean the room, and when they did, it was late.

During our recent stay at Al Azhar Palace, we were impressed with the exceptional service we received from the staff. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 5am, which was a huge plus for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the rooms were comfortable. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the Haram, especially during Ramadan. we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
